All orders are processed within 1 business day, (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Any other delays may be due to postal service problems.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer £5.90 flat rate shipping for delivery within the UK.
Free delivery is available for orders over £50.00 within the UK. For orders under £50.00, we charge our standard shipping rate of £5.90 for the whole of the UK.
We will contact you via the contact information you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Estimated delivery time
United Kingdom delivery is within 2-3 business days.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@miocarte.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days

The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalised.

The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@miocarte.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
